Next Generation Construction is a full service General Contractor based in Boulder, Colorado.

Each project is a team effort. Working with architects, designers, and homeowners, we turn two dimensional drawings into three dimensional reality. We take great pride in crafting spaces with the best local craftspeople and subcontractors. Our in-house crew of employees are experienced, thoughtful and creative carpenters.

​Next Generation Construction was founded by Ben Lann in 2012. Prior to that he worked as a carpenter, foreman and superintendent in both Boulder, Co and San Francisco, Ca. Ben holds a BA in Environmental Studies from Denison University and has had a strong interest in green building since his undergraduate years.
